Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been successfully placed.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

• Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Enzify.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the package and items received.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas across Pakistan. Orders may require verification before shipment.
